Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and skilled Phlebotomist for home sample collection services in and around Ernakulam. The role involves traveling to customers’ premises, collecting specimens, handling samples safely, updating the mobile app, and ensuring proper reporting and settlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customers’ premises for scheduled home sample collection appointments.
- Ensure timely collection of samples as per the assigned schedule.
- Perform blood and other specimen collection following proper medical procedures.
- Ensure correct patient identification and proper labeling of samples.
- Safely transport and drop collected specimens at the designated laboratory.
- Maintain and update patient and collection details in the mobile app.
- Follow daily reporting procedures and report delivery coordination.
- Handle daily settlements, including submitting collected payments and updating records.
- Follow infection control and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
- Provide a professional and comfortable experience for patients during sample collection.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Certification in Phlebotomy / DMLT / MLT
- ANM/GNM
- BSc Nursing
Experience
- Total 1 year (preferred)
- Prior experience in a diagnostic lab, hospital, or clinic preferred. (freshers with certification may apply)
Skills Required
- Strong venipuncture skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and patient handling skills
- Basic smartphone/ app handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Must Have
- 2 Wheeler
- 2 Wheeler license

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
